You will have all the keys associated with your flat, including your post box key. Please ensure that you are providing the correct address to direct any mail you are expecting.If there is any junk mail in your post box please can you dispose of it correctly in the re-cycling bins supplied, please don’t place it on top of the post boxes!If there are any letters in your post box addressed to the previous occupier of the flat then either write ‘return to sender’ on the envelope and place it in a post box or drop them into the office where we will deal with them on your behalf.
Parcel Service
If you have received your student loan and wish to do some online shopping, feel free to have your parcels delivered here. We are happy to sign for items on your behalf, providing the items are not too large or overly heavy.We will store your items securely in our parcel room, located in the café, and send you a text & email to let you know when you can collect your shopping. You will need to bring some photo ID along with you on collection. Due to limited space in our parcel room, we will only hold your parcel for 14 days.Any parcels not collected after the 14 day period will be returned to sender. If you cannot collect your parcel within 14 days a friend can collect it on your behalf. You must email chat@codestudents.co.uk to advise us of who will be collecting your parcel and they too must provide their own photo ID on collection. Please note that in the unlikely event that something should happen to your parcel we will not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
Post for Previous Tenants
You may find some electricity bills in your postbox addressed to the previous tenant, CODE Students and Leicester Lettings. Please can you forward these to the CODE office or simply place these bills in the red Landlord’s Post box located by the laundry room in Block A and we will deal with these.
