On the 23rd of January, CODE Student Accommodation hosted approximately 40 Leicestershire Police West Neighbourhood Officers for a training session in our CODE Cinema.
The training day ran from 9am through to 4pm, with refreshments provided by the hard working staff from the CODE Cafe.
The event was organised by Matthew Blackburn who had the following to say
‘I had personally organised the event to provide guest speakers within the Police Organisation to provide expert knowledge in key areas relevant to Neighbourhood Officer Roles, in order to enhance existing skills.
The CODE Cinema was a fantastic facility and all the staff and students were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would just like to give a huge thank you on behalf of everyone that attended the event.’
The CODE would like to thank the Western Pub for helping supply the chairs used for the training day.
