We’ve got some exciting news to share! CODE has been nominated in four categories at the Student Accommodation Awards 2026, and we couldn’t be happier to see our team’s hard work recognised.
We’ve been shortlisted for Best Student Experience in Accommodation – Under 5,000 Beds and Health & Wellbeing Initiative, recognising how the little things we do at CODE help make student life that bit better.
Both categories mean a lot to us because creating a great student experience is at the heart of what we do. From the spaces we create, to the support we provide and the communities we build, we’re always looking at how we can make life at CODE better for our residents.
Celebrating our team
There’s even more reason to celebrate, as two members of the CODE team have also received individual nominations.
Katie, our Leicester Accommodation Manager has been nominated for Rising Star in Student Accommodation, while Suzi our Parcel Assistant is up for the Unsung Hero Award.
Both Katie and Suzi are such valued members of our team, and it’s brilliant to see them recognised for the work they do. From the everyday things that keeps everything running smoothly, to the care and effort they put into their roles, they both make a real difference to CODE.
We know how much goes on behind the scenes to create a great experience for our residents, so it’s lovely to see that effort recognised alongside our wider achievements as a business.
We’re incredibly proud of our team and grateful to everyone who plays a part in making CODE what it is. These nominations are something we can all celebrate, and we’re looking forward to the Student Accommodation Awards 2026.
