Gold Studios also include additional features such as extra storage, our biggest TVs and a guaranteed double bed.
Whichever studio you choose, you’ll have everything you need to make the most of student life. The biggest differences come down to the location, size and floor level.

Prefer to feel closer to the buzz of Leicester? Choose a City Studio.
Overlooking the surrounding streets, our City Studios are perfect fit if you like watching the city go by and feeling part of the buzz.
Our most affordable City Studios are located on the lower floors, but for as little as £5 extra per week, you can move higher for better views, less traffic noise and a quieter atmosphere. Floors 7 and 8 offer fantastic views across Leicester, while our Penthouse floor gives you the very best outlook with fewer neighbours.
If you enjoy an urban feel but still want somewhere comfortable to study and relax, a City Studio offers the best of both worlds.

Prefer a welcoming community feel? Choose a Courtyard Studio.
Our Courtyard Studios look out across the secure CODE complex, with many overlooking the landscaped courtyard and others facing within the building. They offer a great balance of community and privacy.
The lower floors offer excellent value, while upgrading to a higher floor for as little as £5 extra per week gives you more privacy, a quieter outlook and fewer people walking past your window.
They’re a great choice if you’d like to feel connected to life at CODE while still enjoying the privacy of your own studio.

Looking for peace and quiet? A River Studio could be perfect.
If you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a busy day at university, our River Studios are one of our most popular choices.
Overlooking the river, you’ll often spot swans and ducks passing by while enjoying one of the quietest locations at CODE. It’s a peaceful setting that’s especially popular with students who want somewhere relaxing to study and unwind.
For an even quieter experience, consider upgrading to a higher floor or one of our Penthouse studios. Not only will you enjoy even better river views and more morning sunshine, but you’ll also have fewer neighbours. Our Penthouse corridor has just 20 rooms, while some of our smaller blocks have as few as 16 rooms per floor, making them some of the quietest places to live in the building.

Need more space? Take a look at our Larger Studios.
If you’d like more room to make your studio feel like home, we’d love to recommend our Larger Studios.
Some feature additional windows, a more separate kitchen area or even their own entrance corridor, giving each room its own unique character. Our largest studios are up to twice the size of a standard studio (up to 35m²!), giving you space for extra storage, a dining table or simply more room to relax.
You don’t always need to choose the biggest room either. Some of our smaller Larger Studios cost around £10 less per week, while still offering significantly more space than a standard studio.
They’re also an excellent option if you’re planning on dual occupancy or simply want a little more flexibility throughout your time at university.

If you value better views, more privacy and a quieter environment, upgrading to a higher floor is often well worth considering, with some upgrades costing as little as £5 per week. You can also choose the view that suits you best, whether that’s the river, city or our facing into our courtyard and CODE building.
If extra space would make everyday life more comfortable, whether that’s for studying, entertaining friends or simply spreading out your belongings, then one of our Larger Studios can be a great investment too.
The important thing to remember is that you’re never paying more for a better standard of accommodation. Every CODE studio offers the same premium finish, your own private kitchen and bathroom, and everything you need to enjoy student life. The higher-priced rooms simply offer different benefits, such as larger layouts, higher floors or better views.
Whatever you choose, you’ll still enjoy the same premium living experience that’s included with every CODE studio.
