Here at CODE, we are always looking at ways we can ensure our tenants have the best possible student experience, and this is why we have regular surveys to gain feedback on the support we provide. From our January 2024 survey, we know our students love living at CODE.

As you can see from the ratings, we have an excellent team of people at CODE, there to support our students’ every need.
We know how important it is to feel safe whilst living at CODE, which is why our 24-hour on-site security team are dedicated to making our students feel secure knowing they have someone to turn to.
From our parcel service to the in-house maintenance team, we can ensure the students’ experience with us is like a home away from home.
A whopping 68% of our students described CODE as “Very Good” and left us an overall 4.3* rating!
Following the survey, our team have looked through the feedback and are making changes to make the student experience even better. Changes include adding more games to the communal rooms, sharing important contact information for students to get in touch with our dedicated teams and extending the opening hours of our on-site gyms!
