CODE Community Support Group – Week 13 – Exercise

04 February 2021

Taking place once a week, our support group has been specialised designed to help our residents during this difficult time

Coventry – Wednesdays 1pm – 3pm – book here

Leicester – Thursdays 2pm – 4pm

To some, the thought of exercise is enough to put them off for life! However, even the smallest amount of physical activity can have a positive effect on your mental health.

You don’t have a run a marathon or partake in a sweat inducing HIIT routine to benefit! Even something small like cleaning your studio, going for a walk or have a solo dance party will do!

How can regular physical activity help you?

  • Better Sleep
  • Happier Moods
  • Managing Stress, anxiety or intrusive thoughts
  • Better Self Esteem
  • Reducing the risk of depression
  • Connecting with people
