Keep Fit with our Online CODE Fitness Classes

We know how important it is to keep active and healthy – exercise improves your brainpower, gives you confidence, is fun, great for your mental health, and, oh, you’ll look good too 😉

This year we’ll be hosting a range of fitness classes both in personal and online. These include HIIT workouts and Yoga sessions!

Our Yoga and Core/HIIT classes have already started online… you can join them live on our Facebook page at 6pm on Tuesdays (yoga) and Thursdays (Core/HIIT)

In addition you can follow our specially designed Hiit workouts in your own time by following Andrew’s useful videos!
