Institute of Customer Service – UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2019

CODE are so proud to have been nominated as Finalists in the Institute of Customer Service Awards – UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2019 for the Customer Commitment Award.
The award recognises those companies nationwide who have achieved differentiation through a well communicated customer services strategy and a customer orientated culture showing a consistent commitment to customer services excellence.

The category will be fiercely contested with companies such as Black Horse, Zen Internet and the Pensions Insurance Corporation in contention with the winners being announced at the prestigious UK Customer Satisfaction Awards Presentation on the 5th March 2019 at the Hilton on Park Lane, London.
