CODE are extremely proud to have won the Customer Focus Award – SME at the 2018 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards ceremony, held at the Hilton on Park Lane, London last night as presented by top TV celebrity Michael Underwood.
Now in its eighth year, the annual awards ceremony celebrates UK customer service achievements across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Run by the distinguished Institute of Customer Service, the awards have been created to showcase those organisations who genuinely place customers at the heart of their business strategy and build a sustainable culture of customer service within their organisation.
From a shortlist of 125 well known brands, CODE and other organisations including Virgin Money, Centrica, Talk Talk, and Barclays were recognised as worthy winners for the way in which they have delivered the highest standards in UK customer service over the past year over various categories.
On making the award the judges remarked that CODE “..are using customer focus as a differentiator in an increasingly competitive market to meet the needs of students who have increasingly high expectations and it is the investment in customer service that truly sets CODE apart.”
Lynn Lewis, Director of Student Services at CODE adds: “By acting on the generous feedback from our students and putting them at the centre of everything we do we are able to stand out from the competition ”
