What better way to get rid of the January Blues than Kickstart 2018 at CODE’s Fitness and Wellbeing Event !
Everybody was invited to meet the CODE Wellbeing Team and sign up for the FREE Fitness classes put on by Andrew and the PT-7 Personal Trainers – not only is it a great workout but also a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded students.

All the PT-7 Trainers are keen to learn about you Fitness Goals and discuss your personal nutritional requirements to keep your minds sharp – with a range of supplements available – alongside lavish helpings of “Three Bean Salad” and vitamin packed Fresh Juices made by our Chef so you are sure t get your 5 a day and some!
Students also enjoyed deep and relaxing shoulder Massages from our in-house masseuse to get rid of any anxious stress plus the opportunity to take their pulse and blood pressure to make sure everything is in tip top shape. You can book your own 30 mins massages directly with the CODE office.
With Spring on the way the Team from Rent-A-Bike demonstrated their excellent range of bikes that are available immediately from the CODE Office at exceptional rates so no need to walk or use Taxi’s when you can simply rent a bike for less than £1 a day and get a good workout to boot.
