CODE Students are proud to have been nominated as Finalists for Institute Of Customer Services Awards 2018 – Customer Focus Award SME. This award recognises company’s who have demonstrably placed the customer at the centre of its operations and strategies & CODE Students will have displayed a well communicated customer strategy with excellent employee engagement leading to improvements in the overall customer experience.
We will be keeping our fingers crossed that we get called to the stage at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards at the London Hilton Park Lane Hotel on the 6th March 2018 and rest assured we will be consistently taking new measures to ensure our students satisfaction continues to improve regardless of the outcome.
