CODE does Bollywood
When the students were asked what party they wanted to lift the winter blues and bounce into spring they choose Bollywood and a festival of dance, colours and flavours!
CODE didn’t disappoint and the stage was set with a centerpiece performance of DMU’s own Bollywood Dance Society with students and staff alike donning their Sari’s and traditional costume to lend an authentic feel that was further enhanced by the delicious aromas of a range of freshly prepared traditional Indian dishes.
News traveled fast and it wasn’t long before the party was packed with students of all nationalities immersing themselves into a fascinating cultural experience with prizes galore for the best costume and traditional dancing all captured by our expert photographer.
A great night that is sure to be repeated.
