CODE Leicester Student Accommodation has been voted as the Best Small (less than 1500 beds) Student Accommodation Provider in the UK in the prestigious National Student Housing Survey 2016. There was a double celebration as the team at CODE were also close runners up in the Best Customer Service Awards making sure that CODE Leicester is home to the finest student accommodation available and attracting students globally.
Each year the NSHS makes a series of awards to recognise organisations who achieve outstanding customer feedback and this year’s survey attracted over 33,000 responses from students representing more than 200 universities and colleges across the UK. This underlines the scale of the achievement for CODE whose success not only represents the superior quality of the accommodation and facilities on offer but as importantly the high level of customer service available either face to face, over the phone or increasing remotely over the internet where students are comfortable to engage using all forms of social media. This award follows up CODE Leicester’s recent success in April as a National finalist in the Student Accommodation Operator of the Year at the RESI Awards 2016 held in London.
